The series of lessons in this interactive program introduces early learners to civic responsibility, community engagement, and the foundations of democracy. Topics covered include: the U.S. Constitution; the three branches and leaders of our government; voting and how children can make a difference in their communities.
With a core understanding of the basics of government and civic participation, students are empowered to become informed, respectful, and active citizens in the U.S.A.!
This program is non-partisan and does not support or encourage any political parties or affiliations. This program will not introduce or take positions on any political issues or politics. If any questions arise of this nature, they will be redirected back to the lesson or to discuss with their parents/guardians.
